Two years after the mysterious body discoveries in the Oderbruch region, everyone involved is either dead or in hiding. Siblings Maggie (Karoline Schuch) and Kai Kring (Julius Gause) are determined to put an end to the deadly bloodlust of their kind once and for all. Across Europe, they hunt down the few remaining “Hunters” of the Strigoi Order.

Their mission takes them to Spain, where they attempt to eliminate the suspected serial killer Cristóbal (Miguel Álvarez). However, Maggie is hiding another reason for being there: her daughter Vera (Emily Kusche), whom she gave up for adoption after birth. A music student who works at an animal shelter, Vera is unaware of both her true heritage and her significance to the vampire order.

Not only the now-suspended police officer Stanislaw Zajak (Lucas Gregorowicz), who knows about the existence of vampires, but also Quito (Sabin Tambrea), the son of the Strigoi ruler (Martin Feifel), discovers Maggie’s secret. Quito plans to capture the last two women of their kind and force them to bear offspring in order to preserve the dying order.
